2. The service

The Service provides online courses, assessments, and certificates. The courses and their content are provided by the institution operating this site (the "institution"). KlickCourse is the platform the Service runs on; it provides the technology but is not the provider of the courses and is not responsible for their educational content.

3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Sign-in uses secure magic links sent to your email; you are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify the institution promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and are processed by Stripe through its hosted checkout. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge. Any refund policy is set by the institution operating this site; please review the institution's stated refund terms before purchasing, or contact the institution with questions.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data;
• share your account or login credentials, or allow others to use your access;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with access controls, security features, or usage limits;
• upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

Course content, materials, and trademarks belong to the institution or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the content you are enrolled in, for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the content except as expressly permitted.

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued when you meet a course's completion criteria. Each certificate has a public verification page that displays your name, the course, and the completion date so the certificate can be independently confirmed. A certificate does not imply accreditation or any formal credential unless the institution expressly states otherwise.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the institution and KlickCourse arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount of fees you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Neither the institution nor KlickCourse is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. The institution may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the institution operating this site is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes relating to the KlickCourse platform itself, as distinct from the institution's courses, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will re-prompt you to accept the updated Terms before you continue using the Service.
